Community Comes Together to Support Autism Walk for Happiness House!

Autism Services of the Finger Lakes at Happiness House in collaboration with MATT (Managing Autism Together Today) held their 2nd Annual Autism Awareness Walk at Eastview Mall which raised over $20,000! Over 266 walkers participated in this event helping to raise awareness of Autism Spectrum Disorders, which affects 1 in 88 individuals according to the CDC. Autism Services of the Finger Lakes at Happiness House is proactive in meeting the high demand and need for these services by opening new classrooms, increasing therapy services and building a new transitional home in Canandaigua.

Major sponsors of this event included Premier Physical Therapy Services, POMCO Group and Brian and Kelly Meath in honor of Dylan Carlson, Relph Benefit Advisors and Cayuga National Bank.

For over seventeen years Autism Services of the Finger Lakes at Happiness House continues to be the premier provider of integrated and comprehensive autism services and has been changing the lives of several thousand children, teens and adults in Ontario, Wayne, Yates and Seneca counties.

We provide evaluation, early intervention, occupational, physical & speech therapy, education, service coordination, residential, training, and family support services to individuals with autism and those who care for and about them. Our Autism Evaluation and Diagnostic Clinic assists families in receiving an evaluation of those who may be on the Autism spectrum. Diagnostic and treatment services take place in a familiar setting and in a speedy manner.
