Black Lives Matter, Respect for all People
These last few weeks have been unsettling, and the social injustice in our country and communities has had a devastating impact on us all. Our hearts and prayers go out to all who are suffering and those who have died.
CP Rochester, Happiness House, and Rochester Rehabilitation support a world in which people of all races and abilities are treated fairly and with dignity and respect. We live each day by our commitment of inclusion and diversity.
Our agencies serve some of the most vulnerable individuals in our communities and we are committed through our words, actions and education to encourage conversation, compassion, and empathy where we live and work. We insist on treating people of all races and abilities as we would like to be treated, as equals, free of discrimination and deserving of mutual respect.
We support racial justice for all.
We ALL have the responsibility to create positive change and unity.
Working together, with shared purpose and common goals, we strive to achieve a brighter, healthy, more equitable future for those we serve, our families, and the greater community in which we live.
