Thanks to our contributors!! You bowled to raise over $15,000 for Happiness House!

Happiness House – Finger Lakes Cerebral Palsy Association held their third annual “Bowling to Raise Bucks” tournament at Roseland Bowl in Canandaigua. The event raised over $15,000; 34 teams participated totaling 134 bowlers. The top fundraising team for the 8:30 pm session and winner of the “Bowling to Raise Bucks for Happiness House” traveling trophy was awarded to the The Pink Ladies (Patti Cunningham, Mary Walsh Boatfield, Terrie Meyn and Anne Battaglia) at $1,300. For the 6 pm session, the top fundraising team was The Inkblots (Dr. David Coron, Christine Coron, Ethan Richardson and Amy Coron) who raised $1,195. The 50/50 winners included Brian Mook, who donated his winnings of $117.50 back to Happiness House, and Robert Guck who received $130. Fundraisers who raised $500 or more included Stefan Yerkes, Amy Coron, Patti Cunningham, Rich Dickinson, Terrie Meyn, and Kim Parmarter. The grand prize of the iPod Touch and $50 iTunes gift card, which was raffled amongst the fundraisers who earned $500 or more, went to Patti Cunningham.

All proceeds from this event will be directed to the Happiness House Foundation. Happiness House- Finger Lakes Cerebral Palsy Association is a private nonprofit health and human service agency that has been serving communities in the Finger Lakes region in Upstate New York since 1969. Today with sites in Geneva, Canandaigua, Gorham, and Waterloo, Happiness House offers an array of educational program, recreational and family support services for children and adults with and without disabilities who reside in Ontario, Seneca, Wayne, and Yates counties. On average Happiness House serves 1,000 individuals and their families each year.
