Care at Home Service Coordination
Happiness House provides Care at Home Service Coordination III, IV and VI to those that meet eligibility requirements. The Care at Home Medicaid Waiver programs are administered by the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities. This program is designed to assist families of children with developmental disabilities combined with severe medical conditions living at home.
