New Officers Appointed to Happiness House Board of Directors (BOD) & Foundation BOD

Appointments for both the Happiness House/Finger Lakes United Cerebral Palsy Association BOD and for the Foundation BOD have been approved for two full year terms and include the following volunteers:

Happiness House BOD: Eileen Gage, vice president of Nursing at Finger Lakes Health, has been appointed chair; Kevin W. Reeder, owner of Belhurst Castle, is immediate past chair; Mary Herlihy Gearan, esq., will continue to serve as vice-chair; James H. King, vice president of Lyons National Bank, will continue to serve as treasurer; and Jacqueline Hawks Lyttle, director of government programs at Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, has been appointed secretary.

Additional members of the board of directors are: Roy M. Beecher, retired banker; Brian M. Meath, vice president and associate general counsel, Constellation Wines US.; Ann C. Burt, retired nurse administrator; Mark C. Mette; David G. Case, senior vice president and commercial market executive, Five Star Bank; Michael A. Coppola, marketing manager, Paychex, Inc.; W. James Robbins, M.D., Finger Lakes Medical Associates; Charles T. Graham, owner of Classics & Customs; Robert W. Sollenne, vice president and area sales manager, First Niagara Bank; Kelly Hart, spanish teacher, Phelps-Clifton Springs CSD; Janet Vanlone, special education teacher; and Joseph P. Zaccardo, senior manager, HR business partner, Paychex, Inc.

Happiness House Foundation BOD: Betsy Kubiak, owner of Sugar Hill Farm has been appointed chair; Charles T. Graham, owner of Classics & Customs will serve as immediate past chair; Robert Schick, president of Lyons National Bank has been appointed vice-chair; Roy M. Beecher, retired banker, will continue to serve as treasurer; Amy Cram, chief executive officer of Bill Cram Chevrolet will continue to serve as secretary.

Additional members of the board of directors are: Margaret M. Clark, retired administrator, Excellus BlueCross BlueShield; Michael A. Coppola, marketing manager of Paychex, Inc.; Brian M. Meath, vice president and associate general counsel, Constellation Wines US.; Eileen Gage, vice president of Nursing at Finger Lakes Health; Howard R. Relin, esq., retired district attorney in Monroe county; Richard H. Hawks, Jr., vice president of Canandaigua National Bank & Trust Co.; Elsa Steo, vice president of Pomco; and Edward A. Trevvett, esq., Harris Beach PLLC.

Advisors include Gerald Archibald, partner, The Bonadio Group; Ann Costello, executive director, of The Golisano Foundation; Officer Anthony Diponzio; and Mark Gearan, esq., president of Hobart & William Smith Colleges; and Joseph P. Zaccardo, senior manager, HR business partner, Paychex, Inc. The Foundation aims to raise and generate funds that will promote, support and augment the continuation of long term services for people with disabilities offered by Happiness House in Ontario, Seneca, Wayne and Yates counties.

 

Happiness House- Finger Lakes Cerebral Palsy Association is a private nonprofit health and human service agency that has been serving communities in the Finger Lakes region in Upstate New York since 1969. Today with sites in Geneva, Canandaigua, Gorham, and Waterloo, Happiness House offers an array of educational program, recreational and family support services for children and adults with and without disabilities who reside in Ontario, Seneca, Wayne, and Yates counties. On average Happiness House serves 1,000 individuals and their families each year.
