Quality Assurance
Happiness House is committed to providing the highest quality of services. To ensure we meet your expectations, we seek feedback from the individuals we serve and their families in a variety of ways including: surveys (written and phone), advisory committees and interest groups. We thank you for your feedback on ways to improve and expand our services.
Over 750 surveys were sent out to individuals we serve between July 2008 – and June 2009, 356 of the surveys were returned (this is a 47% response rate).
We are proud and grateful to share that 98% of those who responded would recommend Happiness House to others.
When asked what they like most about Happiness House services, responses included:
- They help me become more independent.
- The friendships made and the skills re-learned to help me re-enter the workforce.
- They go above and beyond to assist us with what we need.
- The help and support I got from everyone.
- Great therapist
- They are there to help.
- I appreciate that they took my concerns seriously and gave me some helpful suggestions.

Please note this is a small sample of responses which numbered in the hundreds.
Each program is currently working on their annual plan of quality improvement, based on your feedback. Although the goals for each program differ, the focus for all programs is to improve their services to meet your individual needs.
