Birth to Five Program
The Happiness House Birth to Five program combines evaluations, preschool education, therapy services, autism support and service coordination to help children in the Finger Lakes region meet their full potential. Also see our Autism homepage.
Comprehensive developmental evaluation services for children from birth to five years of age with known or suspected developmental disabilities or delays.
An array of center based educational services, including special education, for preschool children with and without disabilities from 3 to 5 years of age.
Year-round daycare services for preschool children from 3 to 5 years of age.
Therapeutic services delivered within home and community, as well as center based settings. Occupational, physical, speech and language and special education services are available to eligible children from birth to five years of age.
A variety of support services for preschool children including counseling, social skills building, family partnership program and family support groups.
Services to assist families with accessing medical, social and educational services that are necessary for their child's wellbeing.
