EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAM - [Children]
Happiness
House has provided information, support and intervention services for Finger
Lakes area infants, toddlers and families since
1978. Our interdisciplinary approach includes parents in developing an individualized
plan of intervention when there are concerns regarding their child's growth
and development.
A wide range of services are provided at home, in the community
and at our centers in Geneva and Canandaigua, including:
developmental
evaluations, developmental toddler groups, family support groups, health services,
occupational therapy, physical therapy, psychological services, service coordination
and speech therapy.
Whether planning a single therapy session or a comprehensive home and center-based program, our experienced staff of licensed and certified early childhood specialists understand the importance of supporting the child, parent and family.
The Early Intervention Program is for infants and young children, birth through three years of age, with developmental disabilities.
"Our
philosophy at Happiness House is that parents and staff working together
promote optimal early intervention services for the child and the family."
