Six Local Companies Join Together to Host
a Charity Poker Run All Proceeds Raised Will Benefit The Happiness House
WHAT: On Sunday, June 13th from 8AM to 12 PM watch as 70 local community members driving classic vehicles and six local companies join together to participate in the “Charity Poker Run to benefit the Happiness House.” This fundraising event features a 75-mile poker run with stops at each of the six local host companies: Adrian Jules Custom Clothiers, Shear Ego Salon & Spa, Diamond Custom Cycles, Midtown Athletic Club, Mark’s RV & Marine and Piehler Jaguar-Land Rover. All proceeds will be donated to the Happiness House in Canandaigua, NY, a non-profit educational, health and human service organization that services children and adults with disabilities.
The poker run begins at 8:30 a.m. at Shear Ego Salon in Pittsford and ends at 12 p.m. with a cookout and awards ceremony at Adrian Jules Custom Clothiers in Brighton. Each participant will visit the six host companies to collect their poker cards. The best poker hand in each vehicle category will be awarded a prize valued at $250. Vehicle categories for the event include Sports, Classic, Exotic, Motorcycles and SUVs.

WHO: Adrian Jules Ltd. was founded in 1964 by Adriano Roberti as a gentlemen’s custom clothier and manufacturer that specializes in high quality handcrafted custom-made clothing. Their clientele includes major business leaders, politicians, and entrepreneurs, as well as professional athletes and coaches. Adrian Jules currently employs 85 people, 70 of those are custom tailors. The company’s manufacturing headquarters is located in Irondequoit, N.Y. and the Retail Showroom in located in Brighton, N.Y. Happiness House- Finger Lakes Cerebral Palsy Association is a private nonprofit educational, health and human service organization that has been serving communities in the Finger Lakes region in Upstate New York since 1969. Today with sites in Canandaigua, Geneva, Gorham, and Waterloo, Happiness House offers an array of educational program, recreational and family support services for children and adults with and without disabilities who reside in Ontario, Seneca, Wayne, and Yates counties. On average Happiness House serves 1,000 individuals and their families each year.
